Lunya have announced a very special gin night will be taking place at the restaurant located on Deansgate on 29th May and it’s not to be missed. It’s the perfect night for both knowledgeable gin lovers and novices who want to find out more about the nation’s favourite tipple, sampling some extraordinary Spanish gins, as well as enjoying gorgeous Catalan food. 

The night covers all things gin and more, and will be hosted by Lunya’s owner Peter Kinsella who has been visiting Spain for many years to carefully curate the list of gins in stock.

Home to one of the largest Spanish gin collections outside of Spain, Lunya is a haven for gin lovers. The Spanish have been distilling their own gin for hundreds of years, producing some of the best in the world which has gained in popularity and Lunya serves up lashings of them. 

Peter will guide attendees through tasting five different types of gin in his trademark lively and entertaining style sharing his unparalleled knowledge of Spain’s gin scene. Gins will be selected from Lunya’s award winning range including Mascaro Gin 9, Lola y Vera and Xoriguer Mahon Gin. There’ll also be a selection of tapitas served throughout from the stunning food menu. 

The night is bound to be a sell out so fans of all things gin are encouraged to book their tickets asap so not to be disappointed. It’s a fun, relaxed, informal evening and is priced at £30.00 per person. The price includes tasting five gins, tapitas and a 10% discount voucher to use against any gin purchased on the night.
