From M3, exit at J13, signed M27 West-Southampton Docks. Once on M27 move into the left hand land and exit at J3, the M271-Southampton Docks, West Quay and Waterfront. Continue to follow signs for city centre and use car parks in the city centre. The Bargate stands at the southern end of the main pedestrian precinct in the city centre.
From Southampton Tourist Information: Turn right and right again at the corner of the road. Continue straight down to the Bargate. From here you will find signs which will guide you on the Walk the Walls tour, or rendevous with a guide for one of the tours.
