Pretty Muddy returns to Southsea Common in 2025, so you can test yourself on the muddy obstacle course - all for a good cause.
The muddy obstacle course is open to all abilities, to climb over, crawl under, and charge through. Pretty Muddy is open to men and women, plus there's a special version just for children - so all ages can get involved. This specially adapted course lets kids take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends - all the while helping to beat cancer.
The full event is a 5k muddy obstacle course, where participants scramble over the A-frame, crawl through the mud pit and have fun all the way through.
Race for Life events have a famously supportive atmosphere - one without as much competitiveness as similar events.
Pretty Muddy Kids: Children £12, supervising adults free
Pretty Muddy 5k: Adults £22.49, children £12, young adults £22.49
