Newcastle United Autism Friendly Stadium Tours

About

Go behind the scenes at the famous Newcastle United football stadium once a month as part of a new Autism friendly stadium tour of the club's magnificent St. James' Park home.

The monthly tours, which have been developed with input from the North East Autism Society, will last about an hour, with the home and away dressing rooms, players' entrance, media suite and pitch side among the areas to be explored.

To make the experience more accessibly to all fans, questionnaires can be sent out to the carer/parents ahead of the visit so that the club can understand the needs of each visitor. Photos have been taken of all areas of the tour and also a video, which includes entering and exiting lifts. These will be offered to everyone who books, so visitors know exactly what to expect in every area of their St James' Park stadium tour.

The Autism friendly public stadium tours at St James' Park will last approximately 60 minutes.

Bookings for individuals can be booked online. Groups (between 10-16 people) need to book in advance and should contact the Stadium Tour team to do so.

Please contact Stadium tours if you need to discuss any further special requirements. Email stadium.tours@nufc.co.uk
