Get into the festive spirit with a magical day at Congleton Museum! For just £6, your child will have the opportunity to:
Create a Christingle: Let their creativity shine as they craft their very own Christingle, a beautiful and meaningful tradition symbolising light and hope. Plus – they smell very nice!
Meet Santa Claus: Experience the joy of meeting Santa himself! Each child will have the chance to share their Christmas wishes and receive a special gift directly from the big man in red. 1 present per paying child only.
Explore the Christmas Trail: Embark on a fun and interactive Christmas trail throughout the museum. Discover festive surprises around every corner while learning about the history and traditions of Christmas.
Important Information:
Your ticket grants you entry to the museum at the designated time slot. Please arrive promptly at your allocated time to ensure your child doesn’t miss any of the festive activities. Please don’t arrive early, as you may have to wait to meet Santa. There will be a Christingle craft activity to take part in until it’s your child’s turn to meet Santa.
Please only purchase a ticket for the child who’s meeting Santa. All children meeting Santa will need a ticket. Please have your QR codes ready to be scanned upon arrival.
All activities listed above, including meeting Santa, are included in the ticket price. There will be the opportunity to purchase a mini instant photo on the day for £2, and a hot chocolate for £1.50. These activities are optional and there is an additional charge.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to book your tickets early to avoid disappointment!
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your ticket, you can gift your ticket to somebody else. However, please let the museum know so they are aware on the day.
Join us for a day of holiday cheer, creativity, and Christmas magic at Congleton Museum’s very first Santa Grotto!
Congleton Museum is a registered charity, this is a fundraising event organised by volunteers and staff to help support the museum. It costs over 1,000 per week to run the museum and the charity relies on income through events, kind donations and shop sales to keep running.
Congleton Museum has received some funding from the Shared Prosperity Fund which was awarded by Congleton Town Council – we thank them for helping us to bring Christmas joy to our town.
