Honiton Charter Day is a fun family event celebrating the granting of the Royal Charter to Honiton. The Royal charter for a weekly market was first granted in 1257, and the event has been celebrated in the town annually since 2007. This year is the 766th Anniversary of the granting of Market Charter 1257 - 2023. The event will take place on the 29th July 2023.
The event will see the traditional Honiton street market with local produce as well as a classic car show, fun and entertainment, bouncy castle, plate smashing, boot sale, dog show, refreshments and a bbq plus much more. Come along and celebrate on Saturday 29th July 2023 in the High Street and at Allhallows from 10am until 4pm.
