Guided Walk to celebrate international Women's Day and Sheffield Mind.
A gentle walk taking in the popular Padley Gorge and then heading to Granby Woods on the Longshaw Estate. From there we will cross over to White Edge Lodge, a National Trust property, set in a wild moorland landscape. If we have time we will head up onto the very end of White Edge before coming back to Longshaw visitor centre and café and back to the Fox House.
Please note: The walk is 4.5 miles and 200 metres of ascent. The walk does not have too much in the way of hills. The paths may be muddy and slippery at this time of year too so do take care. You will need to be wearing walking boots or walking shoes that have a good grip. That said, the pace will be reasonably slow so that we can enjoy our surroundings.
Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
