Glossop Christmas Lights Switch On will take place on Saturday 26th November in Norfolk Square from midday through until after the lights are switched on at 7pm. The Christmas lights will be switched on by Jo Gregory and some of her team from the local community aid group The Hummingbird Project, Deputy Mayor Councillor Graham Oakley and Mrs Val Oakley and of course Father Christmas ?? There will be Christmas stalls, hot food vendors, mulled wine, bar, live bands, Glossop old band, Fairground rides, balloon modelling, face painting, late night shopping and Santa will be there with his sleigh and the Mountain rescue team. Glossop's own Centre Stage Dance Academy and the Limelight Theatre will be performing too!
