Illuminated trees on light trail

About

A magical sensory experience lights the beauty of Old Down Country Park. This year the after dark event will feature themed areas, from an Ice Kingdom to Fairy Land and Rainbows! The immersive experience will guide you around Old Down Estate and surround you with music, colour and light with interactive areas along the way.

The Festive Village will be making a return this year, complete with Crumble Station, Hot Chocolate Station and marshmallow toasting! You will also get the chance to meet some of the animals along the way and get creative at the craft station.

‘Quieter Sessions’ return at the Monday evening illumination events. These sessions will feature reduced noise and less capacity to appeal to anyone who would prefer a calmer experience.

Old Down Estate is dog friendly, and dogs are more than welcome to join you on this magical trial. Please keep all dogs on a lead and clean up any mess.

Access for the Illumination event starts from 4.30pm (subject to booked entry time) with no visitors onsite between 4-4.30pm.
