Copped Hall Easter Egg Hunt

£7.00 per person when tickets are bought 'In Advance' via Ticketsource.
£8.00 per person for tickets purchased on the day, on the door.
Friends of Copped Hall – Free. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an Adult.
Location
The Long Garden. The gardens in general will be open– including the Walled Garden, afterwards. The Mansion will be closed, except for access to the toilet facilities. Gardens are undulating/uneven lawn surfaces with some paths on a sloping site. The Walled Garden is also on a sloping site. There is very limited access currently for wheelchair users.
Description
All Adults require tickets. Children taking part in the Egg hunt are free!
Children will meet the Easter bunny and join in the fun Easter egg hunt by finding and answering the hidden clues and collecting the plastic eggs to win a little chocolate egg. Adults can also enjoy the Spring flowers.
There will be tea/coffee and home-made cakes available until 4.30pm and the Copped Hall shop and extensive second-hand Bookshop will be open until the same time.
Plants and produce will be on sale. The Mansion can only be accessed to use the toilet facilities. Gates open at 2.00pm and close at 4.00pm. The car park will be closed at 5.00pm and locked at 5.15pm.
The Easter egg hunt takes place in the Long Garden.

From the M25, junction 26. Follow signs to Loughton (then to Epping). Drive uphill through the forest to the roundabout. Take the first left exit (B1393), passing the garage on the left. In slightly over half a mile, turn left, signposted Upshire. After a few hundred yards you will see on the right the entrance gates and gate houses to Copped Hall.
From Woodford and Loughton. Drive to the Wake Arms roundabout, follow signs to Epping (B1393) passing the garage on your left, in slightly over half a mile, turn left, signposted Upshire. After a few hundred yards you will see on the right the entrance gates and gate houses to Copped Hall.
From Harlow and the M11. Follow signs to Epping for approximately 5 miles. Through Epping, after passing the Bell Hotel on your right, in slightly over a mile turn right, signposted Upshire. After a few hundred yards you will see on the right the entrance gates and gate houses to Copped Hall.
From North Weald. Drive to Epping. Go through Epping, after passing the Bell Hotel on your right, in slightly over a mile turn right, signposted Upshire. After a few hundred yards you will see on the right the entrance gates and gate houses to Copped Hall.
Note: the gates are electrically operated and require a code number to enter but open automatically when leaving. Do not disturb the gate house owners for access.
Nearest stations are Epping on the Central Line and Chingford for the overground. Taxis can complete your journey from either.
