Cult Figures formed in Birmingham, late 70s then regrouped 7 years ago. Expect a mix of oldies, including 1979 Peel fave Zip Nolan and songs from their 2 great recent punk-pop LPs The 166 Ploughs a Lonely Furrow and Deritend.
Oldfield Youth Club feature members of critically acclaimed 1980s pop group The Last Party. Simon Rivers (Bitter Springs), Neil Palmer & Kim Rivers reunited with the idea to pare down Simon's songs resulting in short powerful catchy tunes.
