City of Rochester Swimming and Lifeguard Club train at Strood Swimming Pool, Black Lion Swimming Pool, the Maths School and North Wesk Kent College.
Training sessions are as follows:
Sunday 6pm-8pm (swimming);
Monday 8pm-9pm (swimming);
Tuesday 8pm-9pm (swimming);
Thursday 7pm-9pm (swimming);
Thursday 6.30pm-9.15pm (lifesaving);
Friday 8am-9.45pm (swimming);
Saturday 8am-9am (lifesaving);
